The Court has tentatively approved a proposed settlement in Shalikar v. Skeeter Snacks, LLC, No. CIVDS1702247, a class action that challenges the marketing and sale of Skeeter Snacks products claimed to be "All Natural." While Defendant denies all wrongdoings, the parties have agreed to settle the claims. If you purchased a Skeeter Snacks product between July 1, 2013 and June 29, 2017, you may be entitled to a full refund or a cash award of $3.00.

The deadline to submit a claim form for a refund was August 28, 2017.

You may exclude yourself from the settlement. A judgment, whether favorable or not, will bind all those who do not request exclusion. To Exclude yourself, you must mail a letter by August 28, 2017 to:

A hearing to consider the fairness of the settlement will be held on November 27, 2017, at 8:30 a.m. To object to the settlement, you must mail a letter to the above address and file your objection with the Court. The deadline to object is August 28, 2017. You may enter an appearance through counsel.
